Game Counter
Description
The field of analog electronics is a unique discipline, distinct from the study of digital electronics. We have only scratched the surface of what you would learn if you continued your studies in this area. This project will be the last activity in our brief journey into the world of analog electronics. In this activity you will use the Circuit Design Software to build and test the complete analog section of the Board Game Counter design.
Conclusion Questions
1. If I want the oscillation to start at 100, I would need to change C2 to a higher value. When the capacitor is at 470, it starts at 65 Hz. If I bumped it up to somewhere around 550, the oscillator would start at 100 Hz.
2. R8 begins as 1.2 k Ohms and C1 started at 50 uF. If I wanted the oscillator to lengthen the time of the rise and fall, the values would have to be raised.
